She has served on a number of Internal Committees under POSH as an External Member.

Preeti has served as an Independent Director on the Board of several reputed corporate houses, with extensive experience in handling board and committee matters — including drafting policies, conducting meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Her exposure to governance structures enables her to effectively support organizations in setting up and strengthening Internal Committees under the POSH Act, ensuring procedural integrity and confidentiality.

She has worked with reputed professional firms and corporates such as Dass Gupta & Associates, Zynke Exports Pvt. Ltd., Lufthansa Group, and Techjockey Group, where she contributed to strengthening internal compliance systems and fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.

Deepika Madhwal is a Practicing Company Secretary and Legal Officer with a proven track record in concluding large, complex transactions. She works with a progressive mindset, serving clients with results, quality, accuracy, and zeal. A Qualified Company Secretary from the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she brings 12+ years of rich experience across corporate law and compliance.

She represents clients before the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT, Stamp Authorities, and Reserve Bank of India. Her expertise spans Secretarial Compliance Audits, Due Diligence, NBFC compliance, Scrutinizer for E-Voting, Postal Ballot Processes, and appearances before MCA, NCLT, Regional Director, Trade Mark, and Patent authorities.

A passionate advocate for the Indian startup ecosystem, Deepika encourages entrepreneurs through proper legal compliance. She has conducted various MSOP sessions at the Northern India Regional Council of ICSI and served as a member of the MSOP Committee of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2021.

Prachi Vij is a qualified Company Secretary, MBA, and Certified Independent Director, with over 12 years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational advisory. She brings a structured, ethical, and compliance-focused approach to corporate management and workplace governance, including the effective implementation of the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act.

Prachi has extensive experience working closely with senior leadership, including CEOs and Boards of Directors, contributing to policy formulation, committee governance, and strategic compliance frameworks. Her hands-on involvement in board processes, statutory record management, and handling sensitive regulatory matters enables her to guide organizations in strengthening governance systems and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Her professional expertise also enables her to support organizations in establishing and strengthening Internal Committees under the POSH Act, helping create safe, compliant, and respectful workplace environments.

Prachi also brings valuable exposure to the hospitality industry, providing her with practical insights into governance and compliance within dynamic service-oriented organizations.

Since 2021, she has been serving as the Managing Director of Eila Holding Limited and PCL Limited.

Earlier in her career, Prachi worked with reputed organizations such as Premium Farm Fresh Produce Limited (The Lalit Group) and Vivek Saxena & Associates. Across these roles, she has been actively involved in corporate compliance, legal matters, and liaison with regulatory authorities including the Registrar of Companies (ROC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
